The Living Room
Objective: Create a warm and welcoming space for everyday living and entertaining
With a fantastic floor plan to work with and an open living / dining room that flowed seamlessly to the outdoors, we focused only on cosmetic updates that would maximize their sales price. The major changes were refinishing the hardwood floors to a whitewash finish, painting the interior white and upgrading the light fixtures.

The Den
Objective: Update the space to create a cozy, casual family room
The room off the kitchen is the perfect space for hanging out, watching movies or cozying up with a good book. Our goal was to update the space with fresh paint and new brass hardware to accentuate the midcentury modern cabinetry.

The existing layout and color scheme were great as is. All it took was some new hardware, light fixtures, a new dishwasher and refrigerator to add exponential value to the home.
